Tassoni relies on only the best ingredients. That is why for some recipes we use Diamante citrons, one of the most prized varieties in the world.

Cedrata Tassoni Soda was originally prepared with Citrus Medica citrons grown on the shores of Lake Garda: today, however, Tassoni relies only on the best Diamante citron, which come from Calabria and are purchased directly from the producer.

Tassoni opens up to innovation without ever forgetting tradition and the origins of the recipies creation process, made in observance and respect of the historical recipe and enhanced by the careful study of the Master Herbalist.

All ingredients are carefully selected by the Master Herbalist according to the type of processing they are intended for. Some botanicals, such as bay leaves and fig leaves, come from wild plants and are harvested on the shores of Lake Garda.

The aromas, all exclusively natural, are obtained according to various types of processing. Particularly consolidated is Tassoni’s know-how in distillation, carried out in historical stills dating back to 1872.

Every tradition is a successful innovation. This famous maxim by Oscar Wilde is well suited to Tassoni, which after having established the Cedrata tradition, continues along the path of research and experimentation. Thus, new labels are born, and existing ones refined, in the name of taste and naturalness.

Unique in its kind: Tassoni’s Distilled Dry Gin with Diamante Citron is obtained from 9 different botanicals, skillfully selected by the Master Herbalist, and distilled in copper stills dating back to 1872, which give it a unique taste.
